December 12th 2020 - Day One!
We started the process to open the brewery long before Covid... then boom, when all licenses were in with the government we were all facing a huge pandemic! We still opened, offered to-go beer options, then as restrictions lifted were able to have folks in our taproom. Our community helped us so much when we opened during the most difficult time possible to open a new business, and we will forever be thankful for their kind words, support and generosity!
Brandon Townsley is the Founder, Owner and Head Brewer. He loves the craft of making beer, likes trying new things and being a bit more new school with his beer choices. You will catch him around the brewery and at beer festivals unveiling new beer ideas. His wife, Alyssa Townsley, you will also see in the brewery, and as the Trivia/Book Club hosts in most cases. (We do have some special trivia hosts from time to time.) We wanted to create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We have a food menu, craft beer which is made on site, and other craft beer from other incredible breweries, along with cocktails, wine, cider and non-alcoholic items.
